MATC operates a number of food service options for you to choose from. Following is a brief description of each and the location and hours of the various services. In addition, MATC Food Services also offers catering for on-campus events. 	Howling Wolf Cafe (Truax) The Howling Wolf Cafe is located on the first floor of the Truax location and features a wide variety of menu selections, daily meal deals, a breakfast menu, baked goods and desserts, soups, salad bars, a deli counter and beverages. Review our online menu for a complete list of offerings. Hours: 10:30 am. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
	WolfPack Den (Truax) The WolfPack Den is located on the first floor of the Truax campus in Room 140D and features a variety of quick and inexpensive snack food available at great prices. Menu items include soft drinks, pizza, fryer foods, pretzels and nachos. Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Thursday; and 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Fridays
	Snack Bar (Truax) The Snack Bar at the Truax campus is located on the first floor next to the Howling Wolf Cafe. Menu items offered include pizza, sub sandwiches, soda, hot dogs, and many other items. Hours: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, closed Fridays
	Ancora Coffee and Bake Shop (Truax) The Ancora Coffee and Bake Shop is located on the first floor of the Truax campus across from Olivia's Gifts. Its menu features brewed coffee, hot tea, cappuccino, expresso, lattes, and a variety of pastries. Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
	Carroll Street Cafe (Downtown) The Carroll Street Cafe is located on the second floor at the Downtown Education Center. The operation is open for the breakfast and lunch meal times and offers a menu that features daily entrees, a deli station, pizza slices, salads, snacks and beverages. Hours: 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Fridays
MATC CATERING SERVICES	MATC Catering Service (Truax, DTEC, TEC, Commercial Ave.) The catering office is located on the Truax campus, Room 129E. We specialize in creative and healthy cuisine that can complement any style. Catering requests at MATC can be made by contacting Brad Kahn, catering coordinator, at kahn@matcmadison.edu or by calling (608) 246-6667.
